About the Role
This is a great opportunity to work as a part of highly regarded team to deliver leading edge solutions. We are looking for a safety manager to lead the safety related activities for our products. The person will interact closely with key technical experts to develop methodology for functional safety in an efficient way. The role includes
-
Leading, coordinating and creating functional safety plan, safety case and the relevant work products for ISO 26262, IEC 61508 and Robotics.

Working with hardware and software team to come up with technical safety concepts and safety architecture to meet ASIL-D and SIL-3 for automotive and industrial.

Conducting safety analyses on the designs and identify areas of improvement.

Working with certification agency to get the certification for ASIL-D and SIL-3.

End to end safety activities from Safety Goals to certification.
Educational Requirements : BS/BTech; MS/MTech; PhD in related areas
Key Qualifications

5+ Years of experience in Functional Safety manger role in automotive system or any hardware safety development.

Experience and good working knowledge in the functional safety standards like ISO 26262, IEC 61508.

Experience in Requirements Management Tools and establishing traceability for functional safety requirements.

Familiarity with Safety Analysis Techniques (FMEA, FMEDA) and Fault Injection methodologies.

Experience in getting products certified for functional safety.

Functional Safety Certification for the individual is preferred.
