About the Internship
Tinplate CTC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support various HR functions and gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides an opportunity to develop hands-on HR skills while working closely with the team in a professional environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Communicating with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection updates, and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining and regularly updating candidate and employee databases.
- Supporting the preparation of Job Descriptions (JDs) for different roles.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation activities for new interns or team members.
- Maintaining attendance, performance, and other HR-related records.
- Supporting employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Assisting in preparing HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Performing other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Human Resource Management and recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
