Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain a professional attitude while communicating with clients.

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
