Job Description
Transactional Support Services
Accurate and timely services delivery in P2P:
- PO creation and modification, open PO follow up
- Issue resolution (parked/blocked invoices)
- Procurement reporting for market
- Other tasks aimed to support market procurement teams
Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices. transactions
Buyer Support Services
- Act as the first point of contact for buyer queries related to vendor compliance, systems, and processes
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to buyer issues via email, ticketing systems, or calls
- Educate buyers on standard procedures, tools, and best practices
- Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements
.Procurement reporting for market
Data & Reporting
- Maintain transactional records and update systems with accurate status and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transaction volumes, turnaround time, and issue trends
- Analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
- Support process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base maintenance
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to contractual obligations. Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards. Develop, update, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulatory requirements. Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of digital or analytical tools to enhance procurement effectiveness and decision-making.
