Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and consultant inputs.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
2. Site Coordination & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits and review progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Resolve on-site technical and execution challenges.
- Ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
3. Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Review BOQs, rate analysis, and contractor bills.
- Control cost overruns and recommend value engineering solutions.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct review meetings and present progress reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety norms.
- Coordinate statutory approvals and authority submissions.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead internal design and site teams.
- Allocate tasks and ensure accountability.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers.
7. Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement quality assurance processes.
- Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained.
