About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. Candidates with proven sales experience from Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Automobile, Telecom, Hospitality, Retail, EdTech, or Travel industries are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
