Job Overview
Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Officer – E-Commerce to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace management, product cataloging, inventory management, order processing, and e-commerce software such as Unicommerce, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Amazon Seller Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Tata CLiQ, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Operate Unicommerce (OMS/WMS) for order management, inventory synchronization, shipping, and return management.
- Handle Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplace seller panels.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock synchronization across all marketplaces.
- Process customer orders, returns (RTO), cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor seller account health, customer ratings, reviews, and marketplace KPIs.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, orders, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce (OMS/WMS), Flipkart Seller Hub, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Tata CLiQ, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory management, order processing, and return management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of marketplace promotions and pricing strategies.
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management software.
- Ability to manage multiple online marketplaces simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
