Job Summary
Magnus Institute is seeking a motivated and responsible Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, admissions, team management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and leadership skills and be willing to relocate as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Coordinate admission, counselling, and student support activities.
- Monitor branch performance and help achieve admission targets.
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve registration targets.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Assist in fee collection and branch target achievement.
- Prepare and submit source-wise reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to relocate as per business requirements.
- Willing to travel when required.
