1) Brief About the Position / Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled New Age Skills Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to ITI students and community learners in emerging technologies such as Drone Technology, Electric Vehicles (EV), Internet of Things (IoT), and 3D Printing. The trainer will help learners gain hands-on exposure and improve employability through modern vocational skill development programs.
2) Job Description:
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions in Drone Technology, EV, IoT, and 3D Printing.
- Develop training modules, lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessment methods.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide students during lab sessions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot training equipment and lab setups.
- Support Training-of-Trainer (ToT) programs for ITI faculty and instructors.
- Track student attendance, assessments, and training progress.
- Prepare and submit training reports and documentation on time.
- Ensure safety standards and discipline during practical sessions.
- Coordinate with project and academic teams for smooth training execution.
3) Reporting and Team:
- Reporting To: Project Manager / Training Head
- Team Collaboration: Trainers, Academic Coordinators, ITI Faculty, and Project Team
4) Work Location & Language Spoken:
- Work Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
- Languages Required: Hindi and English
5) Skill Set:
- Practical knowledge of Drone Technology, EV systems, IoT, and 3D Printing.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, and embedded systems.
- Understanding of EV components, battery systems, and charging mechanisms.
- Knowledge of drone operations, safety, and applications.
- Ability to operate and maintain 3D printers and related software/tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom and lab management abilities.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
6) Grade & Salary:
- Grade: Trainer / Senior Trainer
- Salary Range: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA
7) Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, IT, Robotics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of training, teaching, or industry experience.
- Experience in vocational training or skill development projects will be preferred.
8) KPI / KRA (Key Performance Indicators / Key Result Areas):
- Conduct scheduled training sessions effectively and on time.
- Achieve target student attendance and engagement levels.
- Submit reports, attendance, and assessment records within timelines.
- Deliver quality Training-of-Trainer (ToT) sessions.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and professional standards during training.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
