We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IPD Billing Incharge to oversee inpatient billing operations, ensure accurate billing processes, coordinate with insurance/TPA teams, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IPD billing activities for admitted patients.
- Verify patient records, treatment details, investigations, and medication charges before bill generation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for billing accuracy.
- Handle insurance, TPA, and corporate billing documentation and approvals.
- Ensure timely preparation of interim and final bills.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, patient queries, and claim-related issues.
- Monitor billing staff performance and provide guidance when required.
- Maintain billing reports, MIS data, and daily revenue records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and assist in revenue cycle management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
