Belvaa Senior Care Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted provider of assisted living, elder care, rehabilitation, and senior wellness services. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants / Caretakers to support our residents and ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility, walking assistance, and transfers.
- Help residents during meal times and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health conditions to nurses and supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of resident rooms and living areas.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and comfort to residents.
- Assist in maintaining resident records and daily care reports.
- Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare protocols.
- Support nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Attend training sessions and comply with company policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nursing students, GNM, ANM, B.Sc Nursing students, or candidates interested in caregiving.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in elder care, hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts.
