Responsible for operating and monitoring the boiler and steam generation system to ensure a continuous and adequate supply of steam for paper production. Maintains boiler efficiency, monitors operating parameters, and ensures safe operation of all steam-related equipment in compliance with company and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor boilers, steam lines, and related equipment.
* Maintain required steam pressure and temperature for production operations.
* Monitor boiler water levels, fuel consumption, and operating parameters.
* Conduct routine inspections of boilers, pumps, valves, and steam systems.
* Identify and report equipment malfunctions, leakages, or safety concerns.
* Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply.
* Maintain boiler operation logs and shift records.
* Ensure efficient fuel utilization and minimize energy losses.
* Follow all boiler safety procedures and statutory requirements.
* Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the boiler and utility area.
* Assist during boiler maintenance, shutdowns, and start-up activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
