Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance daily.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Tracking & Attribution
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4
- Conversion Tracking
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
Strategy & Optimization
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Develop full-funnel advertising strategies.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives.
- Work with account managers to understand client goals.
- Assist in developing client growth strategies.
Required SkillsMust Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹1L+.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Good to Have
- LinkedIn Ads experience.
- Agency background.
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications.
