Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

It is based in Industrail Area, Chandigarh. We're on the lookout for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in social media management and copywriting to join our team — someone who understands the digital space and knows exactly what works on Instagram and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative content strategies tailored to Instagram and Facebook
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, reels, stories, and ad campaigns
- Create and manage content calendars ensuring timely and consistent publishing
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives
- Monitor platform trends and implement fresh, relevant ideas to boost engagement
- Handle daily management of Instagram and Facebook accounts — posting, engaging with followers, responding to messages/comments
- Track performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly reports and insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with campaign objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and account management, specifically for Instagram and Facebook
- Strong command over writing and storytelling for digital platforms
- Ability to generate creative content ideas independently
- Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, and scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
