Sales & Service Engineer – Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sales activities including product demonstrations, client visits, and technical presentations.
- Provide after-sales service support such as installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and managers to ensure smooth execution of service tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation of service reports, customer feedback, and sales records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely support and communication.
- Learn and apply technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical products offered by the company.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Freshers welcome).
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and willingness to learn sales processes.
- Ability to travel (North Bengal, Sikkim & Bhutan) for client visits and service calls.
