2. Residential Construction
- Execution of foundation, RCC, masonry, and finishing works
- Supervision of daily site activities and labor management
- Ensuring work is done as per structural drawings and specifications
- Material checking and quality control
- Monitoring project progress and reporting
3. Site Management
- Vendor and subcontractor coordination
- Quantity estimation and basic billing support
- Maintaining site records and reports
- Ensuring safety standards on site
