An HR Assistant (fresher or 1–2 years experienced) is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. Freshers focus more on administrative and support tasks, while those with 1–2 years of experience handle end-to-end recruitment, HRIS management, and employee engagement.
Job Description
- Recruitment support: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding assistance: Ensuring documentation, conducting orientations.
- Employee records: Maintaining HR databases and personnel files.
- Training coordination: Assisting in organizing learning programs.
- Administrative support: Payroll assistance, benefits administration, HR projects.
- Employee relations: Addressing queries, resolving minor issues.
- Talent acquisition: End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- HR operations: HRIS management, documentation, compliance with labor laws.
- Employee relations: Handling grievances, engagement activities, conflict resolution.
- Performance management: Supporting appraisals, probation tracking, feedback facilitation.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinating with management and employees for smooth HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in HR/Business Administration, strong communication, organizational skills, confidentiality, MS Office proficiency.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
