Amazon FBA Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon FBA Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA workflows, listing optimization, flat files, inventory management, catalog troubleshooting, compliance checks, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
The role involves managing listings, resolving catalog issues, handling inventory operations, improving listing quality, and supporting marketplace growth across multiple Amazon regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations in Amazon Seller Central
- Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings
- Handle parent-child variations, flat files, and bulk uploads
- Perform listing SEO optimization including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Conduct compliance checks to ensure listings meet Amazon policies and category guidelines
- Identify restricted keywords, prohibited claims, trademark risks, and suppression risks
- Manage FBA shipments, inventory planning, stranded inventory, and reimbursement claims
- Resolve catalog conflicts, feed errors, browse node issues, and GTIN exemption cases
- Monitor account health and maintain listing accuracy across marketplaces
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve content generation, operational efficiency, and workflow automation
- Prepare operational and performance reports
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations
- Experience with flat files, listing optimization, and catalog troubleshooting
- Understanding of Amazon SEO, compliance, and marketplace policies
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and content generation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of Amazon marketplace experience
- Experience managing Amazon US, CA, or UK marketplaces
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerboard, and ChatGPT
- Experience with Walmart, Etsy, or eBay marketplaces
- Basic Canva or image editing knowledge
- Understanding of Brand Registry, A+ Content, and international shipping/VAT
Pay: ₹10,900.00 - ₹25,300.00 per month
