Job Description
Validate Solicited and un-solicited RFP responses and ensure this is aligned with customer expectations and organizational standards.
Assess the underlying risks in an opportunity related to Scope, Assumptions, Out of Scope, obligations and commercials.
Provide insights to Sr. Management on Profitability and the factors affecting it for all the opportunities.
Understand the tax implications of each country and advice presales/sales in commercial modelling.
Analyze the deal construct and provide suggestions/recommendations to sales & presales team.
Understand the cashflow and commercial terms of the deal and provide necessary recommendations to ensure positive cash flow and terms favorable to the organization.
Alert the management on deals of high risks.
Maintain and update the checklists/guidelines documents related to proposal reviews on an ongoing basis.
Commercial analysis of the deal wrt margin, winnability and provide recommendations as necessary.
Involve in contract drafting/reviews/negotiations with end customer/partners/vendors.
Mandatory Skills
Involvement with a minimum of 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
Very good working Functional knowledge of Core HRMS, Organizational Management, Self Service HR, Compensation, Performance management, Time and Attendance, Payroll and Learning Management modules.
Working experience on configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Services business processes.
Very good skills in configuration of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence for HCM business processes.
