- nfrastructure Management: Configure, install, and maintain laptops, workstations, servers, and network devices.
- End-User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Cybersecurity: Implement data security protocols, such as firewalls, antivirus systems, and two-factor authentication.
- Systems Maintenance: Manage data backups, software patches, cloud drives, and system updates.
- Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with external technology vendors and suppliers for specialized issue resolution.
