Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our interior design products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable interior design solutions
- Present product options including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete interior packages
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and sales records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of interior design concepts is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
