We are a well-established immigration company with 12+ years of experience in Study Visas and Tourist Visas. We are looking for dedicated, experienced, and hardworking Study Visa Counsellors to join our growing team.
Job Role:
Study Visa Counsellor
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and visitors regarding visa options and application procedures.
- Handle Study Visa and Tourist Visa cases for countries including:
- Canada
- Australia
- UK
- USA
- Schengen Countries
- Other major destinations
- Guide clients throughout the complete visa application process.
- Assist in document collection, arrangement, and verification.
- Keep updated with current immigration rules, visa policies, and embassy requirements.
- Provide excellent client support and professional guidance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Visa counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of immigration documentation and visa portals.
- Ability to work professionally with clients and team members.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Customer service & counselling skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional attitude and teamwork
