Senior Product Manager – Product & User Experience
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our early team and work directly with the founders to shape the future of Reo.Dev.
This role will focus on improving the onboarding and self-serve journeys within the product — specifically the first 90 days of user experience and early customer success — while also owning broader product initiatives across the platform.
Some of your work will include:
Own end-to-end product development for key product areas — from discovery to launch
Drive onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives across the product journey
Work closely with founders, engineering, and design to ship fast, iterate continuously, and improve user experience
Deeply understand user workflows, friction points, and customer needs through user conversations and product analytics
Translate business and user problems into clear product requirements and execution plans
Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on initiatives that create maximum customer and business impact
Define product requirements, write detailed specs, manage sprint execution, and maintain strong documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams
Drive product decisions using data, experimentation, and customer insights
Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and long-term product vision
Work on complex AI and data-driven workflows powering developer and GTM intelligence
This is a key role at Reo.Dev and we are looking for ambitious people who want to help build the company through its next phase of growth.
We are specifically looking for candidates who:
Have 5+ years of Product Management experience in early-stage tech startups
Have strong experience in B2B SaaS products, ideally with exposure to PLG/self-serve product journeys
Have worked on onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, or product growth initiatives
Have experience working on complex systems and not just linear workflow products
Are highly analytical and comfortable using product and usage data to drive decisions
Can operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments
Have strong product thinking, prioritization, communication, and execution skills
Are highly hands-on and comfortable working closely with engineering and design teams
Have exposure to AI products, developer tools, data products, or intelligence systems
Have independently driven product initiatives from ideation to launch
Preferred backgrounds:
While there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you.
Reo.Dev might be a good fit if you:
Work hard, hands-on (that’s very important to us!) and want to grow really fast.
Care about your work a great deal, find it highly unsettling if the quality of work is even slightly sub-par.
Execute fast.
Are hands on (we will not have elaborate reporting structures for the foreseeable future and hopefully ever).
Are someone people like to work with, low on ego, high on humility.
Have the ability to fail, learn and keep trying till you win. Start-ups are tough and we will not get everything right the first time.
Have a longish view of your career growth and not optimising for the next 1-2 years.
