Job Overview - A Training and Placement Coordinator is responsible for connecting students or trainees with suitable job opportunities and providing them with the necessary skills and resources for successful career placement.

Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in Training & Placement, Student Placement, Career Services, HR Recruitment, or Academic Coordination.
- Experience in the hospitality or education sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, QSRs, and hospitality organizations for internships and placements.
- Identify new placement opportunities and generate employer tie-ups.
- Coordinate campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Ensure maximum student placements and internship opportunities.
- Conduct employability training sessions including resume building, interview preparation, grooming, communication skills, and personality development.
- Monitor student attendance and participation in training activities.
- Maintain placement records, employer database, student profiles, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining confirmations.
- Track placement targets and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with academic and branch teams to ensure students meet placement eligibility criteria.
- Collect employer feedback and student feedback to improve placement outcomes.
- Ensure timely documentation related to internships, offer letters, joining reports, and employer agreements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
