About Omnio
Omnio is a proactive AI wellness app. Instead of waiting for you to open it, Omnio reaches out at the right moments through two distinct AI companions: Tedd, a lifestyle coach who keeps you moving and motivated, and Claudia, an AI therapist built for real, adaptive conversations. We pull signals from wearables and daily life to nudge people toward better habits before things go sideways, not after.
We are early. There is no audience yet. That is the opportunity. You would be the person who gives Omnio a face and a voice on social.
The Role
We are looking for someone to own our social media presence from scratch and build the brand from zero to one, starting with Instagram. This is not a scheduling-and-posting job. You will define how Omnio shows up in the world: the voice, the look, the story, and the community around it.
You will work directly with the founders, move fast, test constantly, and turn a blank account into a brand people actually want to follow and talk about. You are an AI-native creator: you use AI tools to produce more, iterate faster, and test more than a traditional marketer could, while keeping the content authentic and human where it counts.
What You Will Do
- Build Omnio's Instagram from zero: strategy, content pillars, posting cadence, and growth loops.
- Define and own the brand voice and visual identity across social, in a category (AI plus mental health and wellness) where trust and tone matter more than anything.
- Create and ship content daily: Reels, carousels, stories, and short-form video that stops the scroll and explains a genuinely new kind of product.
- Bring Tedd and Claudia to life as characters and personalities people connect with, not just features.
- Grow and engage a real community: reply, spark conversation, and turn early followers into advocates and beta users.
- Use AI tools to produce, iterate, and test content at high volume: ideation, scripts, captions, edits, and variations, so we ship more and learn faster.
- Run a rapid test-and-learn loop on hooks, formats, and messaging, then double down on what works.
- Set up the basics that matter early: content calendar, simple analytics, and a repeatable production process.
- Extend to TikTok and other short-form channels once the Instagram engine is working.
What We Are Looking For
- A track record of building a social presence or brand from a standing start, ideally taking at least one Instagram account from near zero to real, engaged growth.
- Strong instincts for short-form video and Instagram-native content, with the ability to write hooks and captions that actually land.
- A clear point of view on brand voice and aesthetics, plus the taste to keep it consistent.
- Comfort operating solo and scrappy: you can shoot, edit, write, and ship without a big team behind you.
- AI-native and fast: you already use AI tools in your creative workflow to move quicker and output more, without letting the content feel generic or hollow.
- Genuine interest in wellness, mental health, and AI, with the judgment to handle a sensitive category responsibly.
- Fluency with the current creator toolkit (editing apps, design tools, scheduling and analytics).
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing a consumer app, especially in health, fitness, mental health, or habit-building.
- A personal or professional network of creators and micro-influencers.
- Familiarity with paid social and early-stage growth experiments.
