A Food & Beverage (F&B) Service professional delivers high-quality dining experiences by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing payments. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness, practicing suggestive selling, handling complaints, and complying with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, explain specials, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly, following established standards, including clearing tables and re-setting.
- Sales & Menu Knowledge: Suggest menu items, upsell beverages, and possess thorough knowledge of food ingredients and preparation methods.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP) and maintain a clean, well-organized service station.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with kitchen staff, assist with inventory management, and handle cash/POS transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting is often preferred.

- Professionalism: A friendly demeanor, good grooming standards, and the ability to work under pressure.
