· 8-10 years of Sales experience (Must have experience in Real Estate Industry).
· Ability to Forecast, Channel Partner Development and closure of deals.
· Proven Real Estate sales experience; Local market and distribution network sales experience is preferred
· Strong leadership skills, tenacity, creativity and positivity
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environment Sound knowledge of Company products, upcoming projects and offers.
· Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
