We are currently hiring for a Desktop And Network Support Executive role at Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
· Good technical knowledge of Dell/Lenovo - Desktop & Laptop troubleshooting.
· Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.
· Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
· Microsoft 365 Certified OR good hands-on Microsoft 365 Tenant standard management.
· Microsoft & Linux Desktop Support Technician an advantage.
· Software and Hardware Troubleshooting.
· Windows 10 & above, Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 experience.
· Routers, switches, and firewall experience.
· Microsoft 2010 support.
· TCP/IP
· Knowledge of all software applications used within the organization.
· Self-confidence and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
