Primary Teacher - Environmental Studies (PRT EVS)
ROLE PURPOSE
To deliver foundational environmental science education to primary-level students aligned with NCERT curriculum standards. The role bridges conceptual learning with experiential engagement, ensuring students develop theoretical understanding and practical environmental awareness through structured lessons, experiments, and field-based activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and execute daily EVS lessons incorporating NCERT content and experimental learning methodologies with measurable learning outcomes
2. Administer and analyze student assessments including quizzes, projects, and practical activities with documented feedback and performance tracking
3. Maintain accurate attendance records, grade documentation, and student progress reports in school ERP systems
4. Communicate student progress to parents through structured channels including periodic reports, parent-teacher meetings, and email updates
5. Conduct weekly quizzes and hands-on experiments to assess and reinforce student learning retention
6. Manage classroom resources, laboratory materials, and learning aids in adherence to school standards
7. Actively participate in school environmental programs, field trips, eco-club activities, and co-curricular initiatives
8. Maintain classroom discipline and create a conducive learning environment that supports academic achievement
9. Achieve minimum 95% curriculum coverage within scheduled academic timelines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
