Position Title: Junior Architect

Reports To: Senior Architect / Project Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience to assist in the design, development, and delivery of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing concept designs, presentations, and detailed drawings.
- Work on 2D and 3D modeling, renderings, and visualizations.
- Support the preparation of construction documents, working drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers as directed by senior staff.
- Research materials, building codes, and sustainable design solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion & Enscape and knowledge Adobe Creative Suite Is a plus.
- Basic understanding of building codes, construction processes, and detailing.
- Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
