Job Responsibilities:
- Respond timely and professionally to customer inquiries on a call and maintain records of the same.
- Maintain call quality standards and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Use soft skills and ensure professionalism during all interactions.
- Accurately record call details and update customer information in CRM or Excel after each interaction.
- Identify unresolved customer complaints and escalate to the respective team.
- Ensure compliance with approved call scripts, maintain quality standards, and follow defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams for respective inquiries.
- Ensure accurate data entry of sales leads into excel database.
- Preparation and submission of daily & monthly reports / MIS to HOD.Ensuring the timely handling and completion of miscellaneous activities on as & when required basis.
- Schedule and distribute EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS as per the defined festival calendar and SOP guidelines.
- Upload promotional content on WhatsApp channels and status updates.
- Responsible for Broadcasting of EDMs after obtaining necessary approvals.
- Responsible for Proofreading of EDMs to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Ensure no Duplicacy in Email IDs and contact numbers.
- Rectify bounced email IDs and update correct details in the system.
- Collect, validate, and maintain updated customer data (Email IDs and contact numbers) in coordination with stakeholders.
- Convert raw data into usable formats and maintain region-wise data in Excel with accurate formatting.
- Ensure compliance for DND numbers and opt-in requirements.
- Analyses campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, subscriber growth) and ensure timely action on findings.
- Monitor subscriber growth through WhatsApp channel reports

Job Type: 1 year extended contract on direct company role but based on performance candidate can be taken on direct company payroll after 1 year/ 2 year.
