About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage both Recruitment and Payroll functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate salary disbursement and payroll-related documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS reports, and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and workforce analytics.
Compliance & Employee Management
- Support statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, and labor law requirements.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate with finance and management for payroll and compliance-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and payroll management.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling both recruitment and payroll independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
