Position Summary
The Marketing & Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and leasing commercial spaces within the NACHERIPADAM Project, including food trolleys, kiosks, and other business units. The role focuses on identifying prospective tenants, conducting site visits, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring high occupancy through effective marketing and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and lease commercial spaces within the NACHERIPADAM Project.
- Identify and approach prospective tenants, entrepreneurs, startups, retailers, and food businesses.
- Generate qualified leads through direct marketing, digital campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective tenants.
- Explain lease terms, rental packages, and project benefits.
- Coordinate the leasing process from enquiry to agreement signing.
- Maintain a database of enquiries, prospects, and active tenants.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Develop promotional campaigns to attract businesses and investors.
- Build relationships with business associations, entrepreneurs, and local organizations.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to generate leasing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly leasing performance reports.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve occupancy targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, leasing, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in commercial leasing or real estate is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
