Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including payroll coordination, recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and employee records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing, salary-related data, deductions, incentives, and employee records.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
- Coordinate the joining and onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation, HR records, and personnel files.
- Conduct joining formalities and explain company policies, rules, and procedures to new employees.
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
- Maintain employee databases and ensure HR information is updated regularly.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, salary, leave, policies, and other HR matters.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary processes when required.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, payroll, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist management in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and recruitment.
- Good understanding of basic HR processes.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with employees and management.
- Problem-solving and people-management skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification or relevant experience will be an advantage.
