Position: Telemarketing Executive
Industry: Foundry / Cast Iron & Ductile Iron Castings Manufacturing
Location: Howrah West Bengal
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

About the Company
We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of Grey Iron, SG Iron, Ductile Iron Pipe Fittings, Valve Boxes, Manhole Covers, Gratings, Hand Pumps, Agricultural Castings, and customized engineering castings catering to domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through telephonic communication, emails, and online research.
- Contact potential customers, distributors, EPC contractors, government departments, infrastructure companies, water supply projects, and industrial buyers.
- Introduce company products and manufacturing capabilities to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales and management team.
- Prepare and maintain customer databases, inquiry records, and daily call reports.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and new projects.
- Coordinate with the marketing, production, and dispatch departments regarding customer requirements.
- Assist in obtaining RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and purchase inquiries.
- Support export marketing activities by contacting overseas buyers and importers.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records and update lead status regularly.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet Research.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and generate business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of industrial products, castings, engineering goods, or foundry products will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- New leads generated per month.
- Customer meetings scheduled.
- RFQs and inquiries received.
- Conversion of leads into orders.
- Customer follow-up effectiveness.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month (depending on experience)
