Job Summary
A Plant Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily plant operations, managing workers, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining safety standards, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day plant production activities.
- Monitor machine operations and production output.
- Ensure production targets are completed on time.
- Manage plant workers, operators, and technicians.
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow in the plant.
- Ensure proper usage of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and repairs.
- Maintain quality standards as per company requirements.
- Follow and enforce safety rules and company policies.
- Prepare daily production reports and shift reports.
- Reduce production downtime and material wastage.
- Train new workers and guide team members.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related field.
Experience
- 2– years experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Experience in handling manpower and production lines preferred.
Working Conditions
- Factory / Manufacturing plant environment
Salary Range (India – Approx.)
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
