Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of professional experience in preparing architectural drawings and construction documentation with excellent drafting accuracy.
The candidate must have a thorough understanding of MCGM, UDCPR, and DCR building regulations, and should be capable of preparing submission drawings, working drawings, municipal approval drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
The role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural working drawings, submission drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Ensure drawings comply with MCGM, UDCPR, DCR, and other applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on client requirements and project updates.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation and project records.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings when required.
- Ensure high standards of drafting quality and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of SketchUp.
- Basic knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender will be an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction detailing.
- Knowledge of municipal submission procedures and approval drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Draftsmanship, or a related field.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
