Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries over voice calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Assist customers with travel-related bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Comfortable working in a voice process.
- Willing to work from the office in Mohali.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Salary
- Freshers: ₹20,000 CTC
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: ₹21,000 CTC
- 1 Year Customer Service Experience: ₹23,000 CTC
- 6 Months Travel Industry Experience: ₹24,000 CTC
