We are hiring a premium talent pool of experienced, high-energy instructors to lead sports, fitness, and creative arts programs. Classes will be held across various reputed schools and premium residential apartments. We are looking for professionals who can seamlessly adapt to school guidelines, maintain strict punctuality, and engage kids and adults effectively.
Open Positions We are actively hiring instructors for the following categories:
- Dance Instructors: Specialising in Bollywood, Modern Dance, and Freestyle. (Ability to choreograph for school annual days and events is highly preferred.)
- MMA / Martial Arts Trainers: Focused on youth fitness, self-defence, and discipline.
- Music Teachers: Vocal or instrumental (Keyboard/Guitar/etc) with a structured curriculum.
- Yoga Instructors: Expert in kids' yoga, flexibility training, and adult wellness.
- Badminton Coaches: Skilled in training beginners to intermediate players on court tactics and fitness.
- Swimming Coaches: Certified lifeguards/trainers capable of managing pool safety and teaching progressive swimming techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Class Management: Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions tailored to age-appropriate levels.
- School Compliance: Strictly follow school schedules, codes of conduct, and administrative guidelines.
- Event Choreography: (For Dance/Music) Collaborate on school events, annual days, and competitions.
- Safety First: Maintain a highly secure environment, especially for swimming, MMA, and kids' activities.
- Progress Tracking: Keep attendance logs and provide brief monthly progress feedback to management or parents.
Required Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching kids in schools, academies, or gated communities.
- Time Management: Exceptional punctuality and ability to strictly adhere to tight school timetables.
- Soft Skills: High patience, excellent communication, and strong classroom management skills for energetic kids.
- Certifications: Relevant degrees, diplomas, or coaching certifications (e.g., NIS for sports, certified Yoga/MMA trainers, Lifeguard certification for swimming) are a major plus.
