The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the Hair Transplant Clinic, including patient counselling, surgical coordination, revenue generation, team management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong consultation and sales skills with experience in the hair transplant or aesthetic healthcare industry.

We are looking for an experienced Branch / Clinic Manager to lead our Hair Transplant Clinic by driving clinic operations, patient counselling, sales, and business growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Conduct professional consultations for patients experiencing hair loss and baldness.

Explain transplant procedures, expected outcomes, graft requirements, recovery timelines, pricing, and post-operative care.

Address patient concerns and objections to maximize consultation-to-procedure conversions.

Build trust with patients and provide ethical treatment recommendations.

Follow up with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.

Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative consultations with doctors and surgeons.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Hair Transplant Clinic.

Ensure smooth scheduling of consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.

Coordinate between surgeons, technicians, counsellors, and front office staff.

Maintain OT readiness, equipment availability, hygiene standards, and patient safety protocols.

Ensure seamless patient flow from consultation to surgery and post-operative follow-up.

Resolve operational issues and patient escalations promptly.

Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.

Lead and motivate counsellors, front office executives, technicians, and support staff.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and clinical protocols.

Train the team on patient handling, consultation techniques, and service excellence.

Monitor attendance, productivity, and individual performance.
-
Recognize high performers and implement improvement plans where required.

Drive monthly clinic revenue through effective patient counselling and conversions.

Achieve consultation-to-surgery conversion targets.

Monitor daily enquiries, consultation bookings, and surgery schedules.

Reactivate old leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
-
Promote PRP, GFC, Hair Replacement, and post-transplant care packages.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards, and quality protocols.
-
Maintain OT consumables, medicines, surgical instruments, and inventory.
-
Prevent stock shortages through timely inventory planning.
-
Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

2–4 years of experience in Hair Transplant Clinics, Hair Restoration Centres, Aesthetic Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, Cosmetic Surgery, or Healthcare Sales.

Strong experience in patient counselling, consultation, and in-house sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience handling Hair Transplant consultations will be preferred.

Ability to lead clinic teams and achieve business targets.

Knowledge of CRM software and clinic management systems is an added advantage.

Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Education: Any Graduate (Science/Life Sciences preferred) | MBA preferred but not mandatory
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
