Key Responsibilities Area:
- Provide comprehensive medical care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients as per hospital protocols.
- Conduct detailed clinical examinations and prescribe appropriate investigations and treatment.
- Manage medical emergencies and stabilize patients until specialist care is available.
- Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and patient management.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Prepare discharge summaries, medical records, and other clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and ethical medical practices.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Coordinate effectively with nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education programs.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and perform duties during rotational shifts.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold professional ethics.
- Perform any additional clinical responsibilities assigned by the Medical Superintendent or hospital management.
- Qualification: MBBS/BAMS/BHMS from a recognized institution with valid registration with the respective Medical Council/Board.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
