Job Title: GDS TS - Talent Operations Coordinator – UKI - Ireland
Job Summary:
Talent Services (TS) provides service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope.
Talent Operations TS supports specific Regions and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team.
It works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the Region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region.
The onshore team for this role is the Ireland Talent Team. It sits within the Core Business Services (CBS) function, providing crucial support to EY Ireland’s 4,000 employee strong workforce. The team is involved in every stage of the employment cycle; from attracting talent to supporting them on their career journey. Their primary focus is to create an extraordinary place for individuals to create their future and have a challenging and rewarding career however long they choose to stay with EY.
They achieve this by collaborating with the business by leveraging their talent, building out an engagement culture, challenging themselves and focusing on innovation.
The role will support the HR Services team in Ireland to provide a wide range of employee lifecycle activities supporting 4,000 employees across the Republic of Ireland firm (UKI and FSO).
Applications Used: SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), SAP Core HR, Service Now (SNOW), etc.
Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region
Essential Functions of the Job:
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day queries from employees via the HR ticketing system (Service Now) and hunt-line phone service
- Processing data changes for employees including changes to contract (hours, level, salary and benefits), contract extensions, transfers/secondments and resignations
- Managing processes for the firm when employees take leave (e.g. maternity, parental, unpaid etc.)
- Sending instructions to our payroll provider on a monthly basis
- Managing the firm’s leaver process
- Processing of invoices
- Preparing employment confirmation letters (post-employment, tenancy/mortgage, business visa)
- Preparing reports for the business
- Delivering excellent service in line with HR processes and ensuring service level agreements are achieved.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current EY policy and processes and employment legislation
- Proposing improvements to procedures, documentation and standard letters
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and data administration and analytics skills, with a focus on working with confidential data from various sources
- Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence
- Possess the ability to communicate with internal teams and stakeholders wherever required and provide clear and concise information in both written and verbal formats.
- Time management and organization skills to be able to deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure and with time constraints

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given for those with HR specialisation
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in HR system
- Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
