Job Title: Meta Ads Executive (1–2 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and maximize campaign performance.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ad spend.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Perform A/B testing to improve ad results.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copies.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and funnels.
Freshers with strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta Ads are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
