Installation & Electrical Works
- Carry out electrical wiring, cable laying, cable termination, and panel wiring activities.
- Install and connect UPS systems, batteries, solar systems, and electrical equipment.
- Perform conduit, trunking, and cable tray installation works.
- Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety practices at project sites.
Site Execution
- Execute electrical work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist engineers during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project engineers for timely completion of work.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Identify and rectify electrical faults in wiring, panels, UPS systems, and related equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide timely support to customers.
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and safety.
Solar & Power Systems Support
- Assist in solar panel installation and DC/AC wiring works.
- Support inverter installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Perform battery bank installation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily work reports and service records.
- Report site progress and issues to the reporting engineer.
- Ensure proper documentation of completed electrical works.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards at project sites.
- Adhere to client and statutory safety requirements.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, panel wiring, and cable termination.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
- Knowledge of UPS, Battery, Solar, and Power Electronics systems is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for site work and service activities.
