Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead FP&A activities for the highest growth business segment, partnering closely with business leaders, COO, CFO, and sales teams to drive strategic financial decision-making. Provide data-driven insights and decision support to management, identifying opportunities and risks to optimize performance and maintain profitability. Develop and maintain the segment’s strategic plan in collaboration with finance and business leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drive standardization, automation, and strengthening of financial processes across the segment to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. Oversee monthly reporting, forecasting, and analysis of revenue, margins, and financial performance, highlighting gaps, trends, and opportunities for resource prioritization. Manage integration of multiple acquisitions, including alignment of systems, processes, and reporting structures, ensuring seamless operational and financial consolidation. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse finance team, fostering high engagement, succession planning, and building a bench of future finance leaders while executing ad-hoc projects as needed.
