We are seeking an energetic, design-conscious, and results-driven Retail Furniture Sales Associate to join our showroom team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers transform their living spaces by understanding their lifestyle needs, offering personalized design solutions, and delivering a world-class shopping experience. You will manage the sales process from initial greeting to final delivery coordination, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling & Customer Experience: Greet showroom guests warmly, build immediate rapport, and conduct needs assessments to recommend the perfect furniture pieces, fabrics, and configurations.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep, up-to-date knowledge of our furniture collections, materials (wood types, leathers, fabrics), warranties, and custom-order options to confidently overcome customer objections.
- Design Assistance: Assist clients with spatial planning, color coordination, and fabric selection to help them visualize how pieces will look in their homes.
- Value-Added Upselling: Drive revenue by presenting complementary products (e.g., rugs, lighting, accessories) and actively promoting extended protection plans, fabric care kits, and financing options.
- CRM & Lead Management: Use company CRM and clienteling tools to build lasting customer relationships, follow up on quotes, and notify clients of new arrivals or upcoming promotions.
- Order & Logistics Management: Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange delivery schedules, tracking orders to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Showroom Visuals: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to keep the sales floor looking pristine, organized, and properly tagged.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality. Experience in big-ticket retail (furniture, appliances, luxury goods) or an interior design background is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening skills. Ability to build trust quickly and close sales efficiently.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
