We are hiring an experienced Property & Finance Coordination Manager to oversee property documentation, financial coordination, compliance, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property documentation, land records, property cards, tax records, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, consultants, AMC, AUDA, and other external agencies.
- Monitor bank reconciliations, financial transactions, and expense tracking.
- Maintain records of property-related payments, agreements, utility bills, and renewals.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries for management.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate payment tracking and reconciliations.
- Monitor company and property-related fund utilization and identify discrepancies.
- Follow up on pending tasks, compliance requirements, and operational issues.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Property Administration, Finance Coordination, Accounts, or Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, CA Firms, or Family Office environments will be an added advantage.
