Roles and Responsibility
Lead workshops in defining and documenting business requirements
· Manage changes to baseline requirements with the use of effective application of change control processes and tools
· Liaise with BAU team to document business processes effectively
· Ensure Operations documentations, periodicals, manuals, policy and procedures are kept up to date(familiarity with SharePoint)
· Act as liaison between end-users, IT analysts, in the development of functional specifications to ensure the business requirements are traceable into functional form
· Assist in developing an overall change management strategy (Target Operating Model)
· Develop training curriculum and conducts formal training on new processes, systems
· Build and maintain relationship with both supporting business and IT teams
· Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and assist with making improvements relative to technology and marketing
Qualifications for junior business analyst
· Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project
· 2+ years of experience with reviewing technical requirements for IT systems
· BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience in working with IT requirements and solutions
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
