Sr. Works Manager (Techno Commercial) at Vapi
Industry- Rigid Plastics Packaging
Experience- 15-20 years
1) Experience in rigid plastic packaging through injection moulding is highly preferred.
2) Responsible for overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Dispatch.
3) Lead injection moulding manufacturing of rigid plastic packaging products such as buckets, jars, containers, caps, and closures.,
4) Ensure achievement of production targets, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.,
5) Manage IML (In-Mould Labeling) operations with hands-on knowledge of Top Entry and Side Entry IML robots.
Handle customer visits, audits, technical discussions, and commercial activities., Working knowledge of SAP and strong leadership
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Techno commercial Plant Head: 10 years (Preferred)
- Plastics injection molding: 10 years (Preferred)
- IML (In-Mould Labeling) operations: 4 years (Preferred)
