Role Mission :
Drive State Revenue growth and clinical adoption of diabetes MedTech solutions through KOL/KBL engagement, insulin-distributor partnerships, HCP education, patient-service programs and hospital/government-institute collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, Diabetes Educators and key hospital accounts in Diabetes technology.
- Plan HCP engagement: demos, CMEs, patient camps and follow-up service workflows
- Develop insulin distributor network and ensure channel coverage in assigned territory
- Build collaboration with hospitals, clinics and government institutes
- Manage sales funnel, monthly revenue targets, reporting and territory execution.
Candidate Profile
- Strong diabetes therapy knowledge; insulin background preferred
- Pharma / medical device sales experience with distribution-network exposure
- Minimum 6 years’ experience; B.Sc / science graduate preferred
- Strong communication, clinical selling, KOL management and execution discipline
Pay: ₹30,953.78 - ₹68,199.38 per month
